At Clothes Mentor Arlington, we want you to love your designer finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window for store credit or exchange on eligible items. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with the security tags still attached and accompanied by the original receipt.

  Bring your item and the original physical or digital sales receipt to our store location during standard business hours for processing.

  Our staff will perform a quick quality check to confirm the item matches its original sold condition and hasn't been worn since the purchase.

  Receive Store Credit

  Once approved, you will be issued a store credit or offered an immediate exchange to find a piece of high-end fashion that better suits your style.
